Roller oiling WF
Two-sided application via special felt rollers, oil fed through hollow axles. WF 32 for the thinnest strips, WF 60 / 60 WG / 110 WG for heavier materials.
From a felt oiler for tea-bag wire to a combined line for automotive outer-body panels in the press shop. Spraying, rolling, squeeze application: three methods, all in-house.
Which method fits depends on the workpiece, the lubricant and the downstream process. We choose it together with you and build what fits.

Our own development. ROTOL calender rollers press the medium evenly onto the sheet, greases, hot-melt, all viscosities included. One device for all strip widths.
Nozzle oiling on a 100×100 mm grid. Any pattern, controllable on both sides, with ECKARDT IRIS even with a different oil quantity in every field. From the compact EOS 1 to the large-scale EQS.
Where the standard doesn't fit and a tool has to meter compactly, mobile, or close to the application. Our classic bread-and-butter business outside the high-volume press shops.
Enclosed spray chamber. Standard widths 20–900 mm. For press technology, stamping, blades, tubes.
Complete spray line: the gripper sets down the blank, the spray unit travels over it and oils only where needed. Also as a large format up to 3,000 × 2,000 mm.
Compact spray line with linear axis and touch operation. The spray unit travels over the part, plug-and-play and quick to set up.
Mobile oiler platform on castors. Modular, fitted with WF 60/110 MOT, WQ ROTOL or EOS 1. 462 kg, 40 l oil reservoir, 500 mm oiling width.
Felt-roller oilers. WF 32 for ultra-thin strip (up to 1 mm), WF 60 for medium strip, WF 110 for structured sheet. Also motorised (MOT) and on a telescopic slide.
Several 60 mm rollers, staggered, each individually programmable via PLC. Strip widths up to 2100 mm. Where the standard roller reaches its limits.
The core technology of our systems, also available separately and for third-party machines.
The nozzle that knows every field. Every nozzle individually controlled with infinitely variable dosing, field-accurate on top and bottom, with its own spray pattern for every blank. IRIS calibrates itself, monitors every nozzle and documents the actual oil application per blank. Also for coil, with real-time control based on line speed.
Our standard two-fluid nozzle in stainless steel, with flat or round jet. For one or two oil types.
Compact nozzles for installation directly in the die, virtually mist-free. The SD 17 is also available as a drop nozzle.
Modular and freely configurable: pumps, flow meters, multiple oil types, tank sizes. For roller, spray and die lubrication.
Our own stamping, forming and fine-blanking oils under the ROTOL name. All chlorine-free, applied by spraying or contact greasing, and washable without residue with all common cleaning systems. Data sheet and safety data sheet on request.
Stamping and forming oil for medium-duty forming of ferritic steels. Mineral oil raffinate with special additives and improved corrosion protection while parts are stored.
Stamping and forming oil for heavier forming of ferritic steels. Its moderate viscosity makes it well suited to thin high-tensile materials.
Fine-blanking oil with synthetic high-pressure additives for alloyed carbon steel and stainless steel grades. Recommended for material thicknesses up to 10 mm.
Contact parts, springs, stamped-bent parts, fine-blanked parts. Electronics, medical technology, microelectronics. WF 32 / WF 60 with metering per stroke.
Household appliances, sanitary components, fittings. WF 60/110 for stamped parts in thin to medium strip thickness.
Copper tubes, steel tubes, semi-finished stock. Internal and external oiling with a spray lance and rotating workpiece mount. With drying unit.
Pharmaceutical stamping tools with self-evaporating oil. MQL for oil-free end products.
EQS spray oilers up to 4500 mm. Coil oiling, outer-body panels, structural parts. Press-line ready for European and global OEMs.
With ECKARDT IRIS every cycle is logged, per nozzle, per batch, per shift. On spray systems with Aurora, it can also be evaluated in the browser.
Where the nozzle works precisely, nothing is missing and nothing is too much. Deep-drawing cracks and lubricant streaks become much rarer.
Oil it right and you wash or rework less often. In some cases the next process step is eliminated entirely.
„We save oil, working time and disposal costs."
„The return tray on the oilers stays dry for weeks."
