Standard Siemens SIMATIC with ET 200SP, TIA V18. Beckhoff TwinCAT also on request.

Profinet as standard, ProfiSafe for safety functions. PN/PN coupler to the higher-level control. MES integration on request.

Retrofit software
Existing systems, third-party machines too, brought to current technology. Circuit diagram in ePlan P8. New visualisation included.

The software developers sit one room over from the design engineer. Control logic fits the mechanics, because both sides know each other.

Whoever wrote the software also commissions it. No third party in between.
