R.01
Third-party oiler rebuild
An automotive supplier had run a competitor's oiler. The control had reached its end, modules no longer available. We replaced the complete electrics: new cabinet, new PLC, new visualisation. The mechanics stayed.
R.02
Strip oiler 1:1 replacement
At an OEM press shop we replaced another manufacturer's strip oiler 1:1. The interface to the strip line stayed identical. New oiler within the original installation-space limits.
R.03
Electrical retrofit without mechanical changes
On an older OEM press line we replaced only the electrics: PLC, cabinet, sensors, HMI. The oiler's mechanics stayed. Pure control modernisation.
