Solutions · Cleaning

Brushing, not
washing.

Brush cleaning for sheets, blanks and coil material. Dry and without washing oil, at a fraction of the running cost of a wash line.

Methods

Standalone or
in a line.

Brush cleaning is the standard for the press shop and stamping. The LBE is available as a standalone system or in a line with our spray oiler.

LBE combi with spray oiler

Economics

The brush pays off
against washing oil.

With a washing machine, the big cost drivers are the large non-woven rollers, their maintenance and regular replacement. On top of that comes the washing oil, which also has to be heated. Brush cleaning works dry, with no washing oil and no non-woven rollers.

W.01

Running costs down

No non-woven rollers that wear out and need replacing, no washing oil, no energy to heat it. The recurring costs are a fraction of what a wash line costs.

W.02

Clean and oil in one

Brush cleaning and spray oiling combined directly in front of the press. The blank is cleaned and oiled with exactly the forming oil you need.

W.03

Switch steel ↔ aluminium

Steel and aluminium in alternating operation, with no changeover and no lost time. The brush adapts to different material thicknesses.
