Especially the seamless integration of dry/brush cleaning and spray lubrication brings substantial benefits to sheet metal forming: application of lubricants with maximum flexibility and enviromental-friendly parts cleaning without using chemicals and washing agents, to name but a few.
The press shop of a car manufacturer based in Brazil has all the reason to look forward to this, since we have bulit an Eckardt twosome consisting of an LBE brush cleaning system and our largest spray nozzle lubricator EOS 3.
Thoroughness and precision
The combination has been optimized for the processing of rectangular and shaped sheet metal parts as well as tailored blanks, bringing the quality of our construction and components fully to the fore, as, for example, in the low-wear brush with its integrated “bristle correction system” against surface irregularities and the flexibility and precision of the SD 25 spray nozzle which is completely manufactured from stainless steel. The particularly efficient oil mist separators EONA 3000 with integrated F9 class filters are aboard as well.
