When the label says Eckardt, it contains Eckardt – and sometimes even if it doesn’t say so! The latter holds true for our new company verhicle whose car body parts (and others) are most likely to have passed through the new EQS spray lubricators, with which we have equipped the car manufacturer, before the forming process.
For best possible lubrication results, the systems apply the automatic spray nozzle SDA 30. It enables you to assign graded lubricant quantities to each spray field on the blank surface. This does not only result in optimum lubrication results, but also significantly contributes to the economy of the entire process.
You can also use a second oil grade, and the switching is initiated right inside the nozzle. It takes no more than two minutes while the additional oil requires no separate heating. The needle position in the nozzle is continually monitored.
