Bretten/Karlsruhe, Germany, 10 October, 2017 – Eckardt Systems, manufacturer of lubrication systems as well as cleaning and preservation solutions for industrial production processes is presenting a new section roller lubricator at the Euroblech 2017. A distinguishing feature of the system is the rugged construction that makes it suitable for a wide variety of high volume lubrication tasks.
The new lubrication solution from Eckardt utilizes 60 mm standard diameter rollers arranged in two rows in a staggered formation. The system is suitable for sheet metal widths up to 2.10 m with all customary grades of oil. Three, five or seven pairs of rollers can be loaded at the same time, which means it is possible to flexibly treat the sheets of metal as they pass non-stop through the system while making the most economic use of the lubricant.
